Q: Why does avoleris insist on using 18/10 stainless steel for its cutlery?

A: This is the gold standard for premium cutlery. "18/10" refers to a composition of 18% chromium and 10% nickel. The inclusion of nickel not only gives the steel a soft, silver-like luster but also provides exceptional corrosion resistance. This ensures your avoleris pieces maintain their mirror-like finish even after thousands of cycles in the dishwasher.

Q: Will the floral prints on my ceramic plates fade after repeated dishwasher use?

A: Not at all. Our collections, such as the "Enchanted Vine" series, utilize in-glaze or under-glaze techniques where the patterns are sealed beneath a dense protective layer. Fired at extremely high temperatures, the patterns become an integral part of the porcelain, remaining vibrant and scratch-resistant through daily use and machine washing.


Care & Maintenance

Q: Are the spoons and forks with black handles dishwasher safe?

A: Yes. The handles are crafted from high-density, heat-resistant non-slip composite materials, precision-bonded to the stainless steel body. They are designed to withstand high temperatures without loosening, cracking, or discoloring. For longevity, we simply recommend placing them away from the dishwasher's heating element.

Q: How do I restore the shine if my mirror-polished cutlery develops water spots or fingerprints?

A: Mirror finishes are stunning but sensitive to daily life. We recommend drying your cutlery with a soft microfiber cloth immediately after washing. If stubborn water spots appear, a small amount of lemon juice or white vinegar on a soft cloth will dissolve the minerals. Rinse with water and dry immediately to restore the signature avoleris brilliance.

Q: What happens if my ceramic plates arrive broken?

 A: Rest assured. While we use multi-layered shock-absorbent wrap and reinforced boxes, accidents can occasionally happen during long-distance transit. If you discover any damage, please take a photo and contact service@avoleris.com within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

Q: How long will it take to receive my package after ordering?

A: We typically require 1–3 business days for meticulous packaging (every premium piece deserves extra reinforcement). Standard shipping usually takes 5–12 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can watch your package's journey to your table.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return the product if the weight or luster doesn't meet my expectations?

A: Absolutely. We understand that the "heft" and "visual glow" of tableware are personal experiences. We offer a 30-day worry-free return period, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. We only want pieces on your table that you truly fall in love with.
