If the product you receive does not fully meet your expectations, we are dedicated to making it right.
1. Our 30-Day Reflection Period
From the date you receive your items, you have 30 days to decide if they are the perfect fit for your home.

Return Conditions: To ensure the next customer enjoys a perfect experience, returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Hygiene Notice: Due to food safety and hygiene standards, items that have been washed or used for dining/cooking cannot be accepted for return. We appreciate your understanding in keeping our community safe.
2. Damages & Issues
While we perform rigorous quality checks and use secure packaging for every avoleris order, accidents can happen during long-distance transit.

Immediate Inspection: Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Rapid Resolution: If you find an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please take clear photos and contact us at service@avoleris.com within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email service@avoleris.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Get Authorization: Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide a Return Authorization and the return shipping address.

Ship the Item: Please pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit. For non-quality related returns, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that banks or credit card companies typically take an additional 5–10 business days to process and post the refund to your statement.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.

Customized Products: Items with personalized engravings or custom designs cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect.
